Mentorship

Our Mentorship Programme is open to all members as part of their membership benefit package. The programme matches members who want to learn and grow professionally and personally, perhaps at the start of their career, or as they change roles, with more senior Members and Fellows who can coach, guide, tutor, facilitate, counsel and act as trusted advisor.

Our mentors are members of CARAIFA who are at an advanced stage in their career. All our members are assessed for experience and eligibility before joining the programme. Our mentors are knowledgeable, experienced, and understand the importance of spending time, and using their expertise, to guide the development of their colleagues.
